Die Standortagentur Tirol ist per Tiroler Landes-
gesetz beauftragt, den Wirtschafts- und Wissen-
schaftsstandort Tirol nachhaltig zu stärken, um
dadurch bestehende Arbeitsplätze zu sichern
und neue zu schaffen.
Schlank organisiert unterstützt sie dazu heimi-
sche Unternehmen, Forschungseinrichtungen,
Regionen und Gemeinden mit umfassenden
Dienstleistungen beim Ausbau ihrer Wettbe-
werbsfähigkeit sowie bei der Profilbildung. Vor
allem mittels der von der Standortagentur Tirol
gemanagten Cluster in den Fachbereichen
Erneuerbare Energien, IT, Life Sciences, Mecha-
tronik und Wellness werden richtungsweisende
Projekte initiiert und umgesetzt.
Die Standortagentur Tirol betreibt des Weiteren
das internationale Marketing für den Wirt-
schafts- und Wissenschaftsstandort Tirol. Unter-
nehmen aus dem In- und Ausland serviciert sie
zudem zu Fragen der Gründung, Betriebsansied-
lung und/oder Betriebserweiterung am Standort
Tirol.
The Standortagentur Tirol has been delegated
the statutory task of strengthening the region of
the Tirol as a location for business and science
on a long-term basis, in order to safeguard
existing jobs and to create new ones.
The streamlined organisation offers wide-
ranging services to assist local companies,
research institutions, regions and municipalities
in enhancing their competitive ability and in
creating profiles. The cluster platform, in parti-
cular, managed by Standortagentur Tirol, helps
to facilitate the initiation and implementation
of innovative projects in the fields of renewable
energy, IT, life sciences, mechatronics and spa/
well-being.
In addition, the Standortagentur Tirol manages
the international marketing for the Tirol as a
business and science location. It offers consul-
ting services to companies from Austria and
abroad with regard to issues of founding, reloca-
ting and/or extending businesses in the Tirol.
